Comments:	The spelling is off a little, but my family name was always pronounced as if spelled with a "u" instead of the "o" that appears in a marriage record in 1865 in Mornington Twp, Perth County, Ontario, Canada. Louis Kompf (my great grandfather) was from Frankfort and/or an unfindable (so far) 'Siendenstrudh'. Married Margrit Dunbar from County Tyrone (unknown parish) Ireland. Didn't spot much info on area "your" Kumps came from, but am willing to be corrected or streered in the right direction. Bob
